D&W Consultancy LLC was contracted by Mr. Elias B. Shoniyin, former Deputy
Minister of Foreign Affairs, to execute a full-scale renovation of his private residence,
aimed at modernizing the home’s infrastructure, enhancing comfort, and improving
aesthetic appeal.
Following a thorough site assessment, we developed and implemented a phased
renovation plan aligned with the client’s lifestyle and design preferences. The scope
included interior and exterior repainting and plastering, replacement of outdated
plumbing systems with rerouted water lines for better flow, and the installation of a
modern bathtub with luxury fixtures.
Additional works involved structural repairs and refinishing of various surface areas.
The project was completed using high-quality materials and skilled workmanship,
ultimately delivering a refined and functional living space that exceeded client
expectations and reinforced our standard for precision and client-focused
construction solutions.
