D&W Consultancy LLC was awarded the task by BAM Global to lead the development of
a joint proposal in collaboration with B.H. Global Holding Inc. and HST for submission to
Ivanhoe Liberia. The objective was to present a unified, strategic solution for port and
marine logistics operations in support of Ivanhoe Liberia’s industrial activities. D&W took
the lead in drafting, structuring, and refining the proposal, ensuring full alignment among
the partner entities and integrating technical scopes with compliance and operational
precision.
The proposal defined BAM Global’s responsibilities in project management, mooring and
pilot boat operations, supply chain oversight, maintenance, HESC management, and
local content integration. B.H. Global Holding Inc. was positioned as the Port Logistics
Operator, while HST covered Marine Logistics Operations—demonstrating a cohesive
partnership. D&W ensured the submission met Ivanhoe Liberia’s requirements, delivering
a well-coordinated proposal that showcased technical capacity, stakeholder synergy, and
strong local impact.
